Trout Festival – La Poma

Location: Eulogia Tapia Stage

The festival highlights one of the region’s signature products: trout from the pure meltwater streams of Nevado de Acay. The event combines regional cuisine, folk music, and local cultural expressions.

The culinary offering includes trout, empanadas, kid goat, locro, oven-baked lamb, goat cheese, and traditional drinks such as chicha.

The artistic lineup will feature prominent artists performing on stage starting at 11 PM. Among them are El Chaqueño Palavecino, Eulogia Tapia, the Aguilera brothers, and Agua y Sol.
