The event combines regional cuisine, folk music, and local cultural expressions. <\/p>\n\n<p>The culinary offering includes trout, empanadas, kid goat, locro, oven-baked lamb, goat cheese, and traditional drinks such as chicha.<\/p>\n\n<p>The artistic lineup will feature prominent artists performing on stage starting at 11 PM.
