Trout Festival – La Poma

Location: Eulogia Tapia Stage

The festival showcases one of the region's signature products: trout from the pure meltwater of Nevado de Acay. The event combines regional cuisine, folk music, and local cultural expressions.

The menu features trout, empanadas, goat, locro, lamb baked in a clay pot, goat cheese, and traditional drinks such as chicha.

The lineup will feature prominent artists who will take the stage starting at 11 p.m. Among them are El Chaqueño Palavecino, Eulogia Tapia, the Aguilera brothers, and Agua y Sol.
